Based on a site inspection report submitted by GCZMA officials after inspecting certain survey numbers in Village Murda, the High Court has directed the Communidade of Murda to clear the debris from the land within two weeks. Refusing the Communidade's request for additional time to remove the illegally dumped debris, the High Court observed that the debris is causing damage to the mangroves in the area.
