Experience is important along with book-based knowledge. The New Education Institute in Curchorem took students to a field at Xeldem. They wanted the students to work in the field and know the experience of farming. The students mudded their hands and had the experience of working in the field. Teachers suggested that the government must designate fields so that students can learn farming and also be encouraged to think about agriculture as an employment opportunity. The students liked the experience of working in the field.
